Lauren is the Client Relationship Manager within the motor finance collections and recoveries team, responsible for supporting the effective management and administration of the firm’s operations and service delivery across regulated motor finance collections activities.

She liaises closely with our clients to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, understanding client needs and ensuring excellent service delivery. Lauren is the primary point of contact between Equivo’s clients and our internal teams.

With 18 years of experience in collections and recoveries, Lauren previously held the position of Collections Manager at InterBay Asset Finance, where she was responsible for managing delinquent accounts across a diverse asset finance portfolio.

Lauren holds a NOCN Level 3 Diploma in Debt Collection (QCF).
